This is the same like ICSI but performed under very high magnification using special high power microscope where the embryologist can check the Morphology of the sperm prior to injection and accordingly he can pick normal looking sperm and reject abnormally looking sperm. It is proven to improve the general outcome of IVF/ICSI procedure
